THE PURPOSE

Pilates is the playground in which I am able to empower my clients to learn about their body and become more aware of how they move their body. The goal is they get to do more of what they love feeling and moving their absolute best.

As a lifelong, competitive athlete and lover of movement, I have played just about every sport and dabbled in nearly every workout.

Fast forward to my 20’s where I ran the NYC and Boston Marathon in the same year and the injuries began. They followed me through my 30’s where I just assumed this was the way it would always be.

As a lifelong, competitive athlete and lover of movement, I have played just about every sport and dabbled in nearly every workout.

Fast forward to my 20’s where I ran the NYC and Boston Marathon in the same year and the injuries began. They followed me through my 30’s where I just assumed this was the way it would always be.

A friend dragged me into a Pilates class where my now mentor informed me I was doing a sit up incorrectly. I was immediately hooked. I started a journey to retrain my body how to move as I began down a path towards uniform development.

This practice changed my life and is still changing my life. I love that I have created a space where I can now share it with everyone.

You can find me at Central Studio in Clayton, The Saint Louis Boxing Club in Maplewood and Palm Health in Ladue.

I believe what we put in our bodies is the fuel that powers us through our lives. My goal is to eat as much real food as possible in a way that is easy, fun and yummy. 

Physical fitness can neither be achieved by wishful thinking, nor outright purchase.
